Nadja Boulger-Watrous was born and raised in Germany, and her journey to St. Croix began in 2010 when she arrived to work on a sustainable farm tucked into the island’s rainforest. From the moment she stepped onto the island, she knew she had found something special—and she quickly fell in love with the beauty, culture, and spirit of St. Croix.
With an academic and professional background in International Business Management and Business Psychology, Nadja brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every real estate experience. Over the years, she has worked with both small businesses and multinational companies, gaining valuable experience in areas such as international IT systems, human resources, and accounting. Her passion for travel and connecting with different cultures has shaped her perspective and deepened her appreciation for the diversity that makes St. Croix so unique.
Nadja began her real estate career in 2015, assisting buyers and sellers while also developing strong expertise in property management. Her experience ranges from single-family homes and condos to managing a 52-unit apartment complex—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the island market and what it takes to protect and grow a real estate investment.
